Preview is blank or stuck

• Wait for wake if the site was idle — then refresh.
• Hard-refresh the preview. Muse may have just written files.
• Ask Muse: “The homepage is white. Check for a PHP error and fix it.”
• If you just converted to Elementor, wait until documents exist before the theme swap.

Muse said done but nothing changed

• Click the exact page in the preview, then retry with the URL in mind.
• Say it failed and ask for a different approach.
• Check you are not asking for a storefront change on a wp-admin-only prompt.

Out of credits

Buy a top-up or wait for the monthly reset. Starting a build at zero credits is blocked so you do not get a half-written site.

Domain not securing

Recheck the DNS record, wait out TTL, and confirm you are on Core+. Preview URLs already have SSL — a pending custom domain does not take the site down.
